Description

  • The "Ant-Music" Sound: This was the first single to feature the dual-drumming "Burundi" beat on a massive global scale. Produced by Chris Hughes (who later produced Tears for Fears), the Australian pressing is known for having a slightly "drier" drum sound than the UK version, making those iconic drum fills pop more on a local hi-fi system.

  • The Picture Sleeve vs. Company Sleeve: * In Australia, most copies were sold in the generic Orange CBS "Record and Tape" company sleeve.

    • A small batch was released with the Original Picture Sleeve (Adam Ant dressed as the Dandy Highwayman). If you have the picture sleeve in Australia, it is a significant rarity compared to the UK where it was the standard.
