Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days from the time your order is received.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Tracking
All orders include tracking as standard.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped.
Signature on Delivery (Expensive Items)
High-value items (rare vinyl, box sets, collectible pressings, or orders over a certain value) will be shipped with Signature on Delivery for added security.
This helps ensure your item arrives safely and is only released to the correct recipient.
Packaging
We pack all vinyl, CDs, and merchandise securely using quality mailers, corner protection and internal reinforcement where necessary.
Our goal is to ensure every item arrives safely and in the condition described.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Combined shipping is available and applied automatically for multiple items.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Items
