Background & Production Young Loud and Snotty is one of the most explosive documents of the first wave of American punk. Following the breakup of the Cleveland band Rocket from the Tombs, Stiv Bators, Cheetah Chrome, and Johnny Blitz relocated to New York City at the urging of Joey Ramone.
